Don Foley serves as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing and Logistics and Senior Project Manager for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). He is responsible for promoting the state of Indiana and its economic development incentive programs to companies in Indiana and those looking to establish a presence in the state.

Don serves as an advocate for businesses interested in the incentive programs offered by the IEDC and other state, federal and local agencies. He conducts work on a project-by-project basis and facilitates site tours, provides technical assistance, works closely with local economic development officials, negotiates incentive packages, and provides additional information as needed.

Don’s background includes executive and general management experience in the private sector prior to joining the IEDC, and was most recently a Regional Director for Indiana Manufacturing Extension Partnership (IMEP) Center; assisting Indiana manufacturers with productivity and profitability improvements.

Don earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and a Master of Community Planning in Economic Development from the University of Cincinnati.
