Abby A. Lilly

Rolls-Royce Corporation – Indianapolis

Abby Lilly began her role as Operational Purchasing Executive for Rolls-Royce Corporation in early 2008. Abby is responsible for managing a purchasing team to deliver quality products, on-time from a diverse group of about 120 suppliers located in North America. Abby has been with Rolls-Royce for 13 years.

Prior to her role as Operational Purchasing Executive, Abby was the Vice President of Savannah Operations in Savannah, GA. In this role Abby was responsible for the management of Rolls-Royce’s on-site support of Gulfstream Aerospace including commercial issues, warehousing, field campaign support and new product introductions for the G450 and G650.

Prior to her experience in Georgia, Abby worked in a variety of capacities in Indianapolis including Aftermarket Supply Chain Manager, Global Component Repair Services, Third Party Logistics Implementation Manager, Business Improvement , Logistics Manager, Helicopter Combustion Integrated Project Team Leader and Operations Program Manager, Energy and Marine Operations.

Abby holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Butler University, a Bachelors of Engineering degree from Purdue University-Indianapolis, and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
