Scott McConnell

Scott is responsible for Genpact’s Americas operations which include North, Central and South America. For the US market, this includes formulating the right onshore and nearshore strategy that will capitalize on the business needs of our customers in this market. This responsibility includes building a delivery model that optimizes our onshore and nearshore delivery capability across sites. For Latin America, he is responsible for expanding our delivery capabilities and growing Genpact’s business within the region. He is responsible for working with the Industry Business Leaders across Genpact to grow existing relationships and assess expansion prospects as we increase our Americas presence.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Scott has extensive experience in the fi nancial services industry and the deployment of business solutions. Scott returned to Genpact in 2010 to take on his current role. His prior role with Genpact was leading the insurance business development efforts from 2006-2009. During his absence he was responsible for establishing and leading the Xchanging business development functions for the Americas. Prior to 2006 he was a partner with Ernst & Young and held various leadership roles within EDS and IBM. During his career he has worked within development, sales, operations and consulting.

Scott attended the University of Miami receiving his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science Industrial Engineering degrees. He also attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
