Adam Lawson is employed at Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, as the IT Director in the Krannert Computing Center. In his current role, he is responsible for the administrative duties required to run the department. Some of his daily tasks are divided between the administrative issues with supervising technical staff members, managing the software development cycles for several school-wide and University level projects (i.e Video Express, Krannert's Appointment Scheduling tool, Spotlight 2.0, etc.), and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule with the requested features. Adam received his MBA from the Krannert School of Management in December 2009. In addition, he holds both an Associates of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology also from Purdue University. Prior to joining the Krannert staff in 2001, Adam was a consultant for Software Architects, Inc. in Chicago, IL. He is a Microsoft Certified Software Developer and has a GreenBelt in Six Sigma.
