As a member of the Help Desk Staff, Michele is responsible for troubleshooting and solving computer problems for Krannert faculty, staff and students. Michele started working full time at the Help Desk in December 1999.

She earned a degree in Professional and Creative Writing from Purdue University in 2004.

Michele is a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician: Windows XP (MCDST) and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows 7 Configuration (MCTS).
