Susan Jischke is a Compensation Program Manager for IBM’s consulting business unit. As an HR professional, Susan completed the Leadership Development Program exploring many facets of IBM’s progressive business, gaining experience designing, deploying, executing and supporting key HR policies and processes. She plays an active role recruiting and mentoring new HR Professionals in IBM.

Born and raised in Indiana, Susan is a third-generation Boilermaker. She earned both her Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management and her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Purdue University. She is still actively involved as a board member of Krannert’s Alumni Association. 

Susan and her husband, Charles, live in West Lafayette with their son, William, and daughter, Elizabeth.  Both are alumni from Krannert’s Master’s program and active in the Greater Lafayette community.
