Kristina Turczyn, Managing Director for Charles Schwab
Kristina Turczyn is leading digital product development for some of life’s most important financial moments. As Managing Director of the Retirement Digital Accelerator at Charles Schwab, Kristina has a passion for building teams who deliver breakthrough solutions that blur the lines between human and digital experience.
Schwab’s Digital Accelerator teams use a design-thinking led, Agile approach across teams representing different parts of the client experience—service, product, research and user experience—to rapidly ideate, iterate, test and develop new ideas.
Before joining Schwab, Kristina spent more than 10 years in Finance and Strategy roles at General Electric and EY. Most recently at EY, Kristina led corporate and strategic growth work with consumer product and retail clients across the United States, Canada and Australia. Kristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University.
Originally from Detroit and living in San Francisco, Kristina is an avid reader and has recently started power lifting in her free time.
