The purpose of the 1st Annual Krannert Executive Conference for Human Resources Professionals is 1) to advance the field of human resource management, 2) identify, build, and maintain a strong, collaborative network of HR experts dedicated to advancing their own careers and the field of human resource management, and 3) growing Purdue's and the Krannert MSHRM Program's reputation as a leading innovator for human resource education, research, and practice.

Who should attend?

Senior HR executives, HR managers and staff, scholars seeking to bring greater HR relevance to their research, students of HR: Anyone who has an interest in the field of human resource management, human capital, or organizational effectiveness, including, but not limited to, all current students and alumni of Krannert’s highly regarded Masters of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) program. We also welcome any HR practitioners, including those who are interested in acquiring continuing education credits through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
