Angie Karesh is the Talent & Leadership Programs Manager for Exelon Corporation. In addition, she is the integrator for innovation capability building and diversity and inclusion culture change. Angie is currently in the process of leading an initiative for developing a career development philosophy and programming for Exelon.
Angie is on the board for the Community Career Center which is a non-profit organization in Naperville, IL. Angie is the Vice President of the Network of Exelon Women (NEW) employee resource group. In 2015, she was program chair for the NEW Women’s Conference.

Barbara Soria is a Vice President of Human Resources at the Capital Group. Her role includes driving the leadership agenda around talent optimization and associate engagement and accelerating a culture of agility, inclusion and innovation.
Before joining Capital, Barb was a Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Marsh and McLennan (Chicago), a Vice President of Human Resources at Fremont (Orange County, California) and T. Rowe Price (Tampa and Baltimore) and completed Citigroup’s Global Leadership Associate Program (New York and Frankfurt, Germany).
Barbara received a Master’s of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University. She is currently attending IE Business School pursuing a Global Executive MBA.

Pramukh is a global Human Resources leader with broad based generalist experience in Fortune 500 companies, like Accenture, Microsoft and Amazon, with strong focus on business partnership, innovation, service delivery and people leadership for over 25 years.
Pramukh joined Amazon in 2012 and for the first 2 years was the strategic HR Partner for C-suite leaders in WW Legal, Public Policy and Human Resources, encompassing 5000+ employees across North America, Europe and Asia and leading a HR team responsible for end to end delivery of HR services and program management globally. Since 2014, he leads the Leadership and Organizational Development function for the Infrastructure group within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is based at Amazon’s headquarters in Seattle, WA (USA).
He is a regular speaker in HR forums and conferences and also an active mentor and coach.

Christine “Chris” Krull is Head of Diversity and Inclusion and a member of the Diagnostics HR Leadership team at Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis. Chris has spent most of her nearly 20-year career at Roche in leadership roles providing oversight to operations, developing service- and customer-focused strategies, and championing inclusive leadership to build high-performing teams.
As Head of Diversity and Inclusion, she consults with others across the Diagnostics organization to develop strategies that will increase diversity and inclusion within the business. This includes influencing workforce talent management strategies and workplace practices, and implementing corporate initiatives that have demonstrated positive impact on Roche’s culture and workforce diversity. Chris has a passion for creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel a sense of belonging and purpose. She believes this kind of environment is necessary in order for people to contribute at their fullest potential.
Chris is a Purdue graduate and resides in Carmel with her husband Brian and daughters Kaelin and Kamden. She is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping and hiking with her family in her free time.

Rima Shahid joined Women4Change Indiana as Executive Director in September 2018. As Executive Director, Rima is mandated to lead the implementation of Women4Change Indiana's mission to equip and mobilize women to engage effectively in political and civic affairs in order to strengthen our democracy and to advocate for the leadership, health, safety and dignity of all women in Indiana. Within a short span of time, Rima has significantly enhanced Women4Change Indiana’s impact through outreach, commitment, and action. A native Hoosier, she spent more than a decade in the Middle East, and worked as Trade Development Officer at Pakistan Embassy in Bahrain. Rima brings a unique perspective and diverse range of approaches to community outreach objectives.

Monica is an Indianapolis, Indiana native whose career in the Human Resources field spans over eighteen years. She earned her BS degree from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management, and later a MSM from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her past employers include Cummins Inc., Rolls-Royce Corporation, and Aon Consulting.
In 2010, Monica was named one of “Indy’s Best and Brightest under Forty” by Junior Achievement. Prior to accepting her current role leading Human Resources for the City of Indianapolis, Monica held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for an affordable housing developer, and led her own human resources consulting practice, HrIntellect, LLC, that specialized in non-profit organizations and small businesses.
In her current position, she provides strategic oversight and leadership for Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Training & Development, and Employee Relations for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys raising her son, and despite increased responsibilities, she has consistently shared her professional skills with her community by serving as a guest speaker for Purdue University – Krannert School of Management – SMM and WIB, Society of Women Engineers, YMCA, National Society of Black Engineers, Community Action Partnership, and a host of others. Monica recently ended her term on the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana Board of Directors, but continues to support a number of community initiatives.
