Change Management

The Daniels School’s Change Management professional development program is designed to create lasting change at the individual, team and organizational levels. This program is for working managers who understand that “people problems” such as low trust, dysfunctional culture, poor accountability and other leadership deficits are the root causes of the problems that inhibit change and restrain organizational performance.

Join the next Change Management program to gain the tools you need to exercise power effectively, respond constructively to criticism, influence others to choose to change, and to implement effective problem solving to sustain needed change.
