What are the prerequisites for this program?
Interpersonal Dynamics is open to anyone interested in professional development. It is ideal for those who work in a team setting and are looking to advance their leadership skills and learn more about influencing the people around them. There is no minimum number of years a Interpersonal Dynamics participant must have worked, and an undergraduate degree is not required.

How do I know I’ll benefit from this program?
Interpersonal Dynamics allows you to network and share ideas with individuals from a variety of professions. You will be introduced to many tools and techniques that you can apply immediately when you return to work. This two-day program packs a lot of skills and knowledge into a short time period. This course is taught by Dr. Ben Dunford, who is a recognized professor at the Masters and Executive levels and consultant with firms from a variety of industries.

Can I take this program online?
Interpersonal Dynamics is hosted on Purdue's West Lafayette campus. We believe there are great benefits to gathering with fellow professionals and learning together in a classroom setting.
