West Monroe Partners' Summer Leadership Program

At West Monroe Partners, teams are made up of an uncommon blend of business savvy consultants and technical experts that work together to achieve sustainable success. The summer leadership program is a unique opportunity for you to experience how our uncommon blend tackles complex challenges each day.

Selected students will attend our two-day conference, an immersive program that will provide you with a better understanding of consulting. During this conference, you will experience the wide range of opportunities available to you at West Monroe Partners, and prepare for the internship recruiting process.

You will also get to:

•  Expand your network by connecting with peers, professionals, and leaders
•  Participate in interactive sessions that develop your critical skills, including a case workshop and mock interview
•  Learn about West Monroe’s multiple practice areas and workplace culture
•  Have fun at our social activity

The Summer Leadership Program will take place from May 18th to May 19th, 2017 in their Chicago office.

To apply, students must:

•  Be a current undergraduate sophomore with an anticipated graduation date between December 2018 and June 2019
•  Be currently enrolled in a four-year BA/BS program in any major at a university in the United States
•  Must be able to legally work in the US without limitation
•  Demonstrate an interest in business, technology, or consulting
